My business before Emyth was a one-woman show business. This was my state of mind and I couldn’t imagine it being anything else. I knew I had processes in my business, but my state of mind was how to do things differently every time.

I also didn’t identify my company’s vision, or mine within it, and my plans for the future.

Emyth coaching flipped my brains I think. It has made me see I am a business. It has made me see processes in everything I do, and if I don’t see a process, it has made me look for one. It has also made the future clearer to me.

It has also made the future clearer because I made a yearly plan, which also helps me to see what I have accomplished and what’s next to be done. Creating the company’s vision helped me brand it both visually and verbally – and to pass it on to whomever comes into contact with my company- employees, customers and potential ones.

You are a great coach, Sheldon! You have a lot of patience, and you managed to put me with my two feet on the ground, as I tend to do so much all the time, and tend to spread all over the place.

You helped me focus, and had the answers to questions I didn’t even know I was asking! When I came up with specific questions, you knew to show me the way to good and highly appreciated answers and directions.

And even though I am a startup, you managed to combine many of the Emyth materials into the right activities for my company. You helped me focus on what I have to do now and in the future and I thank you and appreciate it alot!
